Do your Franchisees leverage a local digital marketing ecosystem? A new report from BIA/Kelsey reveals many businesses are adopting digital media platforms and working with digital agencies to help them execute video display ads, sponsored content, and native ads. More specifically, 70.6% of Franchisees are currently working with an agency, an increase of 20% from 2014.
The study also reports that social media advertising is on the rise for Franchisees. Close to two-thirds of Franchisees use Facebook for advertising, followed by Direct Mail (39.2%) and Google (38.1%).
